PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (DPM) announces the change of Deputy Director General as follows:

Ms. Chu Thi Hien, the Deputy Director General of PetroVietnam Oil Corporation, replaced Mr. Ngo Hong Minh as the Deputy Director General of PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation as of May 1st 2009.
