Yen Bai Agro-forestry Products and Foodstuff Corporation discloses extraordinary information that may affect the Company’s operating results and the stock price as follows:

In order to help companies in the province out of difficulties, the People Committee of Yen Bai Province issued some policies which directly influence the Company’s operation, including:

- Interest support policy:

+ With cassava: Yen Bai province supports 100% interest expenses after the deduction of  4% interest expenses supported by the Government

+ with base paper: Yen Bai province supports 2% interest expenses after the deduction of  4% interest expenses supported by the Government

- Transport expenses support:

+ With cassava: Yen Bai province supports VND 50/ kg fresh cassava for local farmers through price support in material purchase.
