VIC: Delay of the annual meeting time

Vincom Joint Stock Company (VIC: VINCOM JSC) has informed of delaying time of the annual shareholders’ meeting.

As stipulated, the annual shareholders’ meeting must be hold within 4 months from the end date of the fiscal year. However, the company needs more time to have good preparation for the meeting, the BOD has decided to delay the meeting time till the lastest day of 30/06/2009.
