SSM: Board Resolution

Steel Structure Manufacture JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 16/04/2009 as follows:

1.  Profit for dividend payment and alotment plan:

-    Dividend payment:  VND 7,559,382,513

-    Exercise rate: 27.51%  in which:

+ in cash: 20.51% (10% paid in advance)

+ by share: 7%

2.  Source:    

-    Profit after tax, exempted and reduced tax

3.  Method:    

a) Dividend payment in cash

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.

-    For undeposited shares: Head office of the company, Road 9, Hoa Khanh industrial zone, Da Nang city.

b) Dividend payment by shares

-    Volume of shares before payment: 2,751,664 shares

-    Expected increased after payment: 192,368 shares (excluding treasury stock)

4.  Method to settle odd lot shares as dividend payment by shares:    

-    It will be rounded down to unit digit of 1 share.

-    Exercise date: 10 days after the approved record date.
