SFI: Delay of the annual meeting time

Sea & Air Freight International (SFI: SAFI) has informed of delaying time of the annual shareholders’ meeting.

As stipulated, the nnual shareholders’ meeting must be hold within 4 months from the end date of the fiscal year and can be delayed, but no more than 6 months from the end date of the fiscal year.

The company is in progress of preparing for the annual shareholders’ meeting and expects to complete at the end of April 2009. Therefore, it will organize the meeting in May 2009. The meeting time and venue will be informed later.
