PPC: Resolution of BOD

Pha Lai Thermal Joint-stock Company (PPC: PLPC) has informed of resolution of the BOD as follows:

1. The company contributes capital to the Quang Ninh Thermal Joint Stock Company with ratio from 10% to 15% of chartered capital, equivalent to VND450 – 675 billion. It is also the strategic shareholder of the Quang Ninh Thermal Joint Stock Company.

2. Share price and time of capital contribution:

* 60% of share volume at the price of VND11,800/share will be bought right after the effective date of the contract

* 40% of share volume at the par value of VND10,000/share will be disbursed under the progress of the project.

3. Authorizing General Director to implement procedures.
