NTP: Change in agenda of Annual General Meeting of sharehodlers

Tien Phong Plastic JSC announces the change in agenda of Annual General Meeting of shareholders:

- Change in Item 11: “ supplement Director” will be changed into “the present Board of Directors resign and new Board of Directors will be elected”

- Change in Item 12: “ supplement new member of Supervisory Board” will be changed into “ elect 2 new members of Supervisory Board”

- The shareholders who own 8% or over 8% of Charter Capital can recommend Directors and member of Supervisory Board.
