Hatien Transport Joint Stock Company (HTV) announced the result of share repurchase and new transaction to continue buying back its own shares:

* Number of treasury shares currently: 658,000 shares

* The company did not buy all of the registered volume because the buying orders were not matched.

2. New transaction:

* Volume registered to continue buying back: 200,000 shares

* Trading period: Apr 28, 2009 to Jul 28, 2009

* Number of treasury shares after trading: 858,000 shares
