HNM: Directorate Change

Hanoimilk JSC announces change in the Board of Directors as follows:

-  Mr. Ha Quang Tuan has been appointed Chair of the Board with effect since 12/4/2009

-  Mr. Tran Dang Tuan has resigned from Chair of the Board with effect since 12/4/2009 and will resign from Director before Annual General meeting 2010.

-  Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Sam has resigned from Director with effect since 15/4/2009.

-  Mr. Dinh Van Thinh has resigned from Director with effect since 31/12/2009

-  Mr. Dang Anh Tuan, Deputy General Manager, will manage company until company has new General Manager.
