Educational Book JSC In Da Nang City  has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 02/04/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

- Profit after tax: VND 3,504,080,917

- Remuneration for the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board (5%): VND 144,000,000

- Salary Price Unit: VND420/ VND 1000 profit

•        Profit distribution plan:

- Profit after tax: VND 3,504,080,917

- Development fund: VND 612,637,772

- Dividend payment rate: 15%

- Financial reserve fund (5%): VND 144,572,157

- Reward for Manager board fund(5%): VND 144,572,157

- Reward and Welfare fund (12.2%): VND 354,278,831
