BTC: Holding the second shareholders’ meeting

Binh Trieu Construction and Engineering Joint Stock Company (BTC) has informed of holding the second annual shareholders’ meeting 2009 as follows:

* There was only 55.3% of the number of shareholders attending the first meeting dated 04th April 2009 thus; the company had to cancel the meeting.

* The second meeting will be hold under the following information:

- Meeting time: 8.30am, 05/05/2009

- Venue: 205 Nguyen Xi, Ward 26, Binh Thanh Dist., HCMC.

- Participants: Under the shareholder list on the record date of 11th March 2009

- Contents of the meeting:

+ Report of the Supervisory Board on the 2008 financial statement
