As approved by the SSC on 27/02/2009, Vietcombank Securities Company Ltd announces:

1. Increase in charter capital, in which:

- The charter capital before approval: VND 200 billion.

- The Company’s new charter capital: VND 700 billion.

2. Change in company’s Vietnamese name:

- Old name: Công ty TNHH Chứng khoán Ngân hàng Ngoại thương Việt Nam

- New name: Công ty TNHH Chứng khoán Ngân hàng TMCP Ngoại thương Việt Nam.
