+ Mr. Tran Viet Duc: 2,248,179 shares, equaling VND 22,451,790,000 by par value (17.6% charter capital)
+ Mr. Vu Thanh Trung: 1,009,985 shares, equaling VND 10,099,850,000 by par value (7.9% charter capital)
- Transferee:
+ Mr. Nguyen Van Dung: 3,840,000 shares, equaling VND 38,400,000,000 by par value (30% charter capital)
