PSC: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009
Petrolimex Saigon Transportation and Service JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 20/03/2009. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Opearting result and profit distribution of 2008
- Revenue: VND 752,623 million
- Expense: VND 741,028 million
- Profit before tax: VND 11,595 million
2. Plan in 2009
- Revenue: VND 626,518 million
- Expense: VND 617,141 million
- Profit before tax: VND 9,377 million
- Dividend payout ratio in cash: 15-17%

5. Profit distribution 2008:
- Dividend payment (20%): VND 4,000,000,000
- Financial reserve fund (5%): VND 495,188,071
- Investment and development fund: VND 3,466,316,497

- Reward for management boards: VND 450,000,000
- Share price stabilization fund: VND 2,200,000,000

6. Remuneration for Board of Directors and Supervisory board

- 2009: on the basis of average salary of the company
7. Reward from profit after tax 2009 for Management board is as follows:
- Reaching the target (VND 9,377 billion profit before tax): 1% of profit after tax
- Excess the plan: plus 10% of the excess profit after tax.
