OPC: Change of legal representative

OPC Pharmaceutical Joint-Stock Company (OPC) announces change of legal representative:

Mr. Nguyen Chi Linh, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, will replace Mr. Le Minh Diem, a member of the Board of Directors, as OPC’s legal representative effective from February 13th, 2009.
