OCS: Amendment of business lines, increase in charter capital, change in ownership of more 10 percent of charter capital
As approved by the SSC on 16/03/2009, Ocean Joint Stock Securities Company announces the amendment in its business lines, change in ownership of more 10 percent of charter capital, increase in charter capital and amendment Charter as follows:
1. Amendment in its business lines:
- Business line befor amendment:
+ Securities brokerage
+ Securities investment advisory
+ Securities depository
+ Securities proprietary dealing
+ Securities underwriting.
- Business line after amendment:
+ Securities brokerage
+ Securities investment advisory
+ Securities depository.
+ Securities proprietary dealing.
2. Increase in charter capital:
- The charter capital before approval: VND 50 billion
- The Company’s new charter capital: VND 150 billion
3. Change in ownership of more 10 percent of charter capital:
In the private placament of the Company to increase charter capital from VND 50 billion to VND 150 billion, Dai Duong Group JSC bought 8,900,000 shares which equals VND 89 billion accounting for 59% of charter capital.
4. Amendment Charter after increase in charter capital.
