Gia Anh Securities JSC: Withdrawal of business lines

Gia Anh  Securities JSC applied for withdrawal of the following business lines: Securities brokerage; securities proprietary dealing; securities depository. After the adjustment, the Company business lines only include securities investment advisory.

Based on Decision No. 215/UBCK-GP on 18/03/2009 by SSC, procedures for the withdrawal are as follows:

- Since 18/03/2009, Gia Anh  Securities JSC is not allowed to open new accounts for customers.

- Gia Anh  Securities JSC is responsible for informing customers to ensure rights and benefits of customers.

- Individual and institutional investors who open accounts at the head office and branches of Gia Anh  Securities JSC go to the Company to close the account  for the duration of 50 days since 18/03/2009.

- From 18/03/2009 to 06/04/2009 inclusively, investors opening accounts at Gia Anh  Securities JSC are allowed to trade as normal. After 06/04/2009, Gia Anh  Securities JSC & investors with accounts at Gia Anh  Securities JSC are not allowed to trade on HASTC.
