DRC: Violation of inside trading

Ms. Pham Thi Anh Phuong who relates to Mr. Pham Quang Vinh – Deputy General Director of the DaNang Rubber Joint Stock Company (DRC) bought 2,000 TRC shares on 4th March 2009 without announcement. On 4th March 2009, HOSE sent an official document to Ms. Pham Thi Anh Phuong in order to require her to give explanation on this matter.
