DHG Pharmaceutical Joint – Stock Company (DHG Pharma) has registered to repurchase its own shares as follows:

* Number of treasury shares before trading: 6,500 shares

* Number of shares registered to buy back: 430 shares

* Number of treasury shares after trading: 6,930 shares

* Purpose: to buy shares from DHG’s key employees, who left the company.

* Trading period: from April 09, 2009 to April 23, 2009.
