1. Plan for season issue to increase Charter Capital:

- Total volume of shares to be offered: 2,495,000 shares

- Total par value of shares to be offered: VND 24,950,000,000

- Method:

+ 2,376,200 shares will be placed with outstanding shareholders. Exercise rate is 1:1 and offering price is VND 10,000/share

+ 118,800 shares will be sell for staff with the price is VND 10,200/share

- Plan to use the proceeds: Expected proceeds is VND 24,973,600,000 will be use for:

+ Ayunpa Culture Bookhouse Project

+ Health Central Project at Tre Xanh Plaza
