BBT: Decision of HCM City People's Committee

Hochiminh Stock Exchange has informed content of the meeting hold by The HCM City People's Committee on 4th March 2009 regarding the issues in Bach Tuyet Cotton Corporation (COBOVINA) as follows:

* The Gia Dinh Textile & Garment Corporation reported on approving the results of the third extraordinary shareholders’ meeting dated 19th February 2009. However, until now, the new BOD has not been handed over power from the previous BOD.

* The HCM City People's Committee officially suggested the old BOD to transfer the company stamp, legal documents…. to the new BOD by 5th March 2009 in order to maintain operation of the company.
