ALC II: Notice of Selling the Remaining Shares

Basing on the public offering and settlement results for shares of AGRIBANK Leasing Joint Stock Company II (ALC II), HOSE announces that there are still 17,674 shares that were won but refused by investors. Therefore, HOSE will offer the remaining shares to the investors who participated in the public auction on January 9th, 2009. HOSE would like to invite the interested investors to register at:

- Registration time:    From 8:00am March 09th, 2009 to 15:00pm March 10th, 2009

- Settlement deadline: 15:00pm, March 12th, 2009  

Investors can pay in cash or transfer to HOSE’s account No. 119.10.00.006698.1 at the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) – Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Branch.
