Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation (THUDUC HOUSE) has informed of receiving the foreign investment license for the project of real estate in the USA. THUDUC HOUSE is cooperated with the California Newland Ventures LLC and Nature Coast Horries of Central Florida LLC (USA) to set up the joint venture company.

* Head office: 2424 Hyatt Road, San Bernardino, CA 92407, USA.

* Location of the project: California, Mississippi and other states in the USA

* Purpose of the project: investment, trade of apartments and implementing real-estate projects in California, Mississippi and other states in the USA.

* Total investment capital: USD6 million, equivalent to VND102 billion

* Capital of THUDUC HOUSE: USD3 million, equivalent to VND51 billion

* Operating time of the project: 20 years

* Implementing time:

- Completing investment procedures: from the first month to the third month

- Setting up an office at the location of the project: from third month to the sixth month

- Operating time: from the seventh month
