NBC: Notice of further delay in submission of financial statement

Vinacomin - Nui Beo Coal JSC applied for further delay in submitting the Company’s Q4.2008 financial statement. Vinacomin - Nui Beo Coal JSC is a subsidiary of Vietnam National Coal-Mineral Industries. Group – Vinacomin and the accounting of the operating income of the company depends on that of the holding company. The Company’s Q4.2008 financial statement will be submitted on 25/02/2009 at the latest.
