MHC: Extension of transference contract

Hanoi Maritime Holding Company (MARINA HANOI) has informed of extending time of the contract of transferring capital of building Ocean Park Building. The contract was signed between MARINA HANOI and Vietnam National Shipping Lines (Vinalines) on 8th December 2008.

* Reason: Result of price evaluation has not been available

* Extension time: 45 working days from 18th February 2009.
