LGC: Resolution of General Meeting

LuGia Mechanical Electric Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the General Shareholders’ Meeting as follows:

The meeting unanimously passed the plan of issuing shares to strategic partners in order to raise the chartered capital to VND80 billion, as follows:

* Volume: 469,490 shares

* Price: VND17,000/share

* The transference will be limited in 2 years.

* The Board of Directors was authorized to choose appropriate strategic partners.
