BBT: Cancel the second extraordinary shareholders’ meeting
Bach Tuyet Cotton Corporation (COBOVINA) has informed of canceling the second extraordinary shareholders’ meeting as follows:
The meeting was held at 2 pm on February 3rd 2009. After 60 minutes from the beginning time of the meeting, the number of participants only gained 48.21%, equivalent to 3,297,350 shares. Because the percentage was lower than 51%, the second extraordinary shareholders’ meeting could not be held.
The third extraordinary shareholders’ meeting will be organized as follows:
* Meeting time: 8am, 19/02/2009
* Venue: First Restaurant, 25 Hoang Viet, Ward 4, Tan Binh Dist., HCMC.
* Participants: shareholder list on the record date of December 9th 2008.
