PPC: Capital contribution

Pha Lai Thermal Joint-stock Company (PLPC) has informed of resolution of BOD as follows:

* The company has decided to contribute capital to the Hai Phong Thermal Joint-stock Company with ratio of 15% - 20%, equivalent to VND750 – 1,000 billion.

* Authorizing the Director General to negotiate the share price of the Hai Phong Thermal Joint-stock Company.
