LICOGI 16 JOINT STOCK COMPANY (LICOGI 16) has approved of implementing the project of new urban area in Lam Dong Province as follows:

- Total area: 171,816 m2, in which:

* Residential area: 62,290 m2

* Construction area: 50,146 m2

* Traffic area: 59,380 m2

- Location: Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Bao Loc Commune, Lam Dong Province

- Working period: 4 years

- Utilizing period: 50 years
