ITA: Restructure the accounting system

Tan Tao Investment Industry Corporation (ITACO) has informed of restructuring the accounting system as follows:

1.  The company has set up the Tan Tao Energy Joint Stock Company to develop the hydropower project.

Appointing Mr Bui Duc Nam – Deputy Director General of JP Morgan at Singapore to be Deputy Director General of the Tan Tao Energy Joint Stock Company  and Director of department of development and customer relationship from January 8th 2009.

2.  The accounting - finance system:

* Finance department of ITACO is structured into 3 sections: finance section, accounting section and internal audit section. Ms Nguyen Thi Suong has continued to take charge of Deputy Director General of Finance section.

* Appointing Mr Tran Dinh Hung – Deputy manager of internal audit section to be chief accountant from February 1st 2009.

* From February 4th 2009, ITACO will apply SAP solution to its accounting system
