Cho Lon Securities Joint Stock Company announces the change in ownership of ten or more percent of charter capital, in which:

- Transferee:

+ Tan Binh Trading Import – export & Investment JSC (Tanimex): 900,000 shares, equaling VND 9 billion by par value (10% charter capital)

- Transferer:

+ Cho Lon Import – export & Investment Company (Cholimex): 650,000 shares, equaling VND 6.5 billion by par value (7.2% charter capital)

+ Cholimex Food JSC: 250,000 shares, equaling VND 2.5 billion by par value (2.8% charter capital).
