UIC: Adjustment of business plan 2008

IDICO Urban and House Development Joint Stock Company (IDICO - UDICO) has informed of adjusting business plan for 2008 as follows:

Basing on the current operation of the company in 2008, the BOD has decided to adjust its business plan this year.

The company will use the shareholder list on the record date of November 28th 2008 in order to do a ballot for adjusting profit and dividend payment. Time of a ballot is from December 10th 2008 to December 22nd 2008.
