TTF: The record date for issuing bonus shares
HOSE announces the record date for issuing bonus shares for the last 6 months 2007 as follows:
* Name of the listed firm: Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation (TTFC)
* Stock symbol: TTF
* Stock type: Common stock
* Par value: VND10,000
* Ex-right date: January 2nd 2009
* Record date: January 6th 2009
* Purpose: issuing bonus shares for the last 6 months 2007
+ Expected issuing volume: 5,000,000 shares
+ Payout ratio: 3:1 (an existing shareholder who owns 3 shares will receive 1 bonus share). The number of additionally issued shares is rounded in unit. The fractional parts are bought back for treasury stock.
+ Shareholders who own shares limited to transfer still have right to receive bonus shares. The number of bonus shares is not limited to transfer.
For example: On the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A who owns 1,000 shares will receive 1,000:3 = 333.3 bonus shares. After being rounded, he actually receives 333 shares and the amount of 0.3 x 10,000 = VND3,000.
