TSC: Delay share issuance

Techno-agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company (TSC) has delayed the plan of offering shares to raise capital as follows:

Due to instability of the Vietnam stock market in the current time, the company recognizes that this is not a good time to issue additional shares. Therefore, it has decided to delay the plan of offering shares to public in order to raise chartered capital. The plan will be implemented in the appropriate time.
