Tourism and Trade Fair attracts Lao and Thai businesses

The Lao Cai Trade and Tourism Fair opened in Lao Cai on December 10 with the participation of nearly 100 businesses from Vietnam, China and Thailand.

The fair which was held by the Lao Cai Provincial People’s Committee, ECT Company and the Provincial Department of Industry and Trade, will run until December 15

Businesses showcased utensils, garments, food, and electronic products, beverages, tourism products, footwear, ceramics, furniture, and interior decorations. In addition, the fair also displayed special products from other provinces.

The fair provided a good chance for businesses from three countries to introduce their products and show-off their quality and variety. It also helped domestic businesses access regional and international markets.
