THB: Explanation of adjustment in room for foreign investors

Thanh Hoa Beer JSC explains the adjusment in room for foreign investors as follows:

In registration with Vietnam Securities Depository, the company made mistake in the shareholder list, which turned Bong Sen Securities Investment Fund Management Ltd. Company into the domestic shareholder. The company sent the document No 378/BTH-KS dated 3/12/2008 to Vietnam Securities Depository to adjust the type of Bong Sen Securities Investment Fund Management Ltd. Company to be foreign shareholder. This adjustment will change the room for foreign investors as follows:

- Current room for foreign investors at the end of 9/12/2008: 300,000 shares (2.63% of the total listed shares)

- Current room after adjustment for foreign investors by 10/12/2008: 305,000 shares (2.67% of the total listed shares).
