SSI: Buying shares back for treasury stock

Sai Gon Securities Incorporation (SSI) has informed of buying shares back for treasury stock as follows:

* Registered volume to buy: 1,251,769 shares (current owning volume: 1,748,231 shares).

* Finance source: capital surplus and retained profit till December 31st 2007.

* Trading method:

+ Order matching or put through

+ In each trading session, the company is allowed to buy the maximum of 10% of registered volume which does not depend on trading volume in the previous day of the expected trading day.

+ Buying volume for treasury stock also includes share volume of odd lot under direct deal with investors.

* Principle of identifying price: under the Article 24 of the securities trading regulation in HOSE.

* Trading period: within 90 days from December 18th 2008.
