Over 150 businesses to join in Vietnam Fashion Fair 2008
The annual Vietnam Fashion Fair 2008 will be held on December 20-26 at the National Exhibition and Fair Centre, drawing 200 booths from more than 150 businesses.
The fair will display clothing fashions, wool products, knitwear, various kinds of clothes, shoes, handbags, cosmetics, glasses and gifts on the occasion of Christmas and New Year.
The event will be the first to feature famous export brands such as Duc Giang, Ho Guom and Chien Thang, and goods most favoured by consumers, including Thaicom, Canifa, Owen, Emplo and Hera.
In particular, businesses of the Vietnam Leather and Footwear Association will introduce collections of shoes for winter 2009. Also, gold, silver and stone jewellery enterprises under the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development will showcase the latest collections of AAA gold with hundreds of Laos’ fashion garments.
During the event, the final round of the talented young stylist competition will take place on December 23 with the aim of increasing the quality of human resources training, organised by Hanoi University of Industry.
The fair is co-organised by the Vietnam Leather and Footwear Association, the Vietnam Gold Business Association and the National Exhibition and Fair Centre.
