Ben Tre Forestry and Aquaproduct Import - Export Joint Stock Company (FAQUIMEX) announced its intention to repurchase shares as follows:

* Number of treasury stock currently: 1,500,000 shares

* Number of shares registered to buy back: 1,500,000 shares

* Number of treasury stock after trading: 3,000,000 shares

* Trading method: put through or order matching

* Trading period: from December 11th, 2008 to March 11th, 2009.
