* Stock type:        Common stock

* Par value:          VND 10,000

* Ex-right date:     December 16th, 2008

* Record date:      December 18th, 2008

* Dividend pay-out ratio:    5%/ par value (VND500 / share)

* Payment date:    December 31st, 2008

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at PVFCCo’s Accounting & Auditing Department. Address: Floor 5, Gemadept Building, 2bis –  4 – 6  Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe Ward, Dist. 1.

Please submit ID and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for DPM on December 17th, 18th & 19th, 2008.
