DCT: Dividend Advance

Dongnai Roofsheet & Construction Material Joint - Stock Company (DONAC) will pay an advance for the second installment of 2008 dividend:

- Stock symbol:   DCT

- Stock type:  Common stock

- Par value:    VND 10,000

- Ex-right date:     December 15th, 2008

- Record date:      December 17th, 2008

- Pay-out ratio:     8%/ par value (VND800 / share)

- Payment date:    December 31st, 2008

Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at DONAC’s Accounting Department. 

Please submit ID and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for DCT on December 16th, 17th and 18th, 2008.
