CAP: Board resolution
Yen Bai Agro-forestry products and Foodstuff Corporation announces the Board Resolution approved on 17/11/2008 as follows:
1. Adjust Operation plan in 2008 as follows:
+ Base paper: 14,000 tons
+ Votive paper: 2,700 tons
+ Cassava powder: 6,200 tons
- Production: VND 85 billion
- Revenue: VND 120 billion
- Operation target: making profits, maintaining capital intact
- Dividend: 1.35%/month = 16.2%/ year
- Average income: VND1,500,000/ person/ month
2. Plan for 2009:
+ Base paper: 12,400 tons
+ Votive paper: 3,000 tons
+ Cassava powder: 12,000 tons
- Production: VND 100 billion
- Revenue: VND 140 billion
- Operation target: making profits, maintaining capital intact
- Dividend: 1.35%/ month = 16.2%/ year
- Average income: VND 1,500,000/ person/ month
- Complete the water sewage systems which meet Vietnam’s standards at all factories of company
Complete the project of producing tender tea leaves with productivity of 5 tons per day
- Study other projects
3. Others:
- About dividend in 2008: keep the rate of dividend payment 1.35%/ month. Dividend in 2008 is paid twice, the first time in 12/2008 with the rate of 10%/ year, the second time in 02/2009 with the rate of 6.2%/year
4. Plan of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009:
- Expected time: from 15/ 03 to 31/03/2009
- Place: Yen Bai city, Yen Bai Province
