620 - Chau Thoi Concrete Corporation (620CCC) has informed of personnel change as follows:

1. On December 23rd 2008, the BOD approved of dismissal of Mr. Tran Van Ngoc and Mr. Dang Trung Thanh from the positions of BOD members due to their personal reasons.

2. Approving appointment of two BOD members:

* Mr. Nguyen Trung Hau

* Mr. Ha Duc Binh

The decisions above are effective from January 1st 2009.
