VHC: Resolution of the BOD

VinhHoan Corporation announced a resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

Article 1: Business result in the first nine months of 2008:

- Revenue:   VND1,825,007,986,013

- Profit before tax:   VND89,565,656,251

- Owning volume after trading:   VND76,330,546,397

- Profit after tax of the parent company’s shareholders:  VND75,156,458,787

Article 2: The Board of Directors adopted an advance on the first tranche of 2008 dividend:

- Payment date: in December 2008

- Rate: 12%/par value & in cash

- Funds for the advance: from Undistributed Profit at September 30th, 2008.

Article 3:  The resolution takes effect as of November 13th, 2008.
