TTC: Dividend Advance
Thanh Thanh Joint Stock Company (TTC) will pay the dividend advance as follows:
* Short name: TTC
* Stock symbol: TTC
* Stock type: Common stock
* Par value: VND 10,000
* Ex-right date: November 26th, 2008
* Record date: November 28th, 2008
* Purpose: to pay the remaining installment of the 2007 dividend & advance the first tranche of the 2008 dividend.
* Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share)
* (Including: 2% for the remaining installment and 3% for the first tranche)
* Payment date: December 22nd, 2008
Place & procedure of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Thanh Thanh Joint Stock Company, Road No.1, Bien Hoa Industrial Park, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province.
Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for TTC on November 27th, 28th & December 01st, 2008.
