Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company has registered to repurchase its shares as follows:

* Purpose: to increase the number of treasury stock

* Volume registered to buy back: 500,000 shares

* Financial resource: VND5 billion of the company’s capital surplus.

* Trading period: from November 17, 2008 to January 14, 2009
