TCM: The investment project

Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company (TCG) has informed of signing the contract of the investment project at No.8 Truong Chinh, Tay Thanh Ward, Tan Phu Dist., HCMC with area of 66.374 m2. Its partner of the contract is responsible for doing necessary business procedures such as investment license, design, construction… The Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company contributes 597 billion dong to the project:

* 1st stage: 297 billion dong (payment will be done within 30 days from signing date of the contract).

* 2nd stage: 300 billion dong (payment will be done within 90 days from the payment date of the stage 1).
