S91: Explanation for loss in Quarter III/2008

Song Da No 9.01 JSC explanation for the loss in Quarter III/2008 as follows:

In Quarter III/ 2008, the Company suffered a loss because of the following reasons:

-          In QIII/2008 high interest rate at 18-20% /year made interest expenses increase.

-          The implementation of tight monetary policy and difficulties in disbursement of banks have caused difficulties for the company in carrying out the projects in progress such as An Khe  - Kamak, Xekaman 1 hydropower projects. Meanwhile, the Company still suffered the depreciation expenses of machines and equipment.
