PVF: Record date for a ballot

PetroVietnam Finance Joint Stock Corporation (PVFC) has informed of the record date for doing a ballot for setting up a one-member limited company as follows:

* Ex-right date: 28/11/2008

* Record date: 02/12/2008

* Implementation time: from 08/12/2008 to 17/12/2008

* Purpose: doing a ballot for setting up Assets Management Company (PVFC - AMC) (*)

Viet Nam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for PVF on December 1st – 3rd 2008.
