HAX : Violation of inside shareholder

Mr. Van Ngoc Truong Son, who is the head of Supervisory Board of Hang Xanh Motors Service Joint Stock Companyany (HAXACO), bought 2,020 HAX shares from 28/10/2008 to 29/10/2008 without announcement. On November 5th 2008, HOSE sent an official document to Mr. Van Ngoc Truong to require him to give explanation on this matter.
